If the reading of the force meter is 3.30 lb , and the diameter of the circular probe is 1.44 cm , what is the pressure applied to the skin? Give your answer in pascals.

Find the volue of each of the person's legs.

Find the mass of each leg, assuming they have a density that is 1.05 times the density of water.

P = F/A = F/ pi r^2 = 3.3 lb( 4.482216 N/ lb) / pi ( 1.44 * 10 ^-2 m/2)^2 = 9.086 * 10 ^4 N/m^2 = 9.086 * 10^4 Pa
