Ionic bond: Amino acid 2 and 8 are negatively charged and due to presence of charged side chains (COO-) they can form ionic bonds.
Disulfide Bridge: Amino acid 3 and 7( Cystine) has sulfer group in their side chain and in presence of oxidized environment they form disulphid bridge.
Hydrophobic effect stabilized by Van der Waals force: Amino acid 4 and 6 show this.
