Databases also prove useful in the collection of big data. MS Access, DB2, and Amazon Simple are all commonly used. In the world of healthcare, Electronic Health Records, or EHRs, are frequently utilized for epidemiological research.
Using big data for research has proved to be very helpful. The world of databases is broad, timely, and usually predictive. In addition to these advantages, it is also cost-efficient. Big data usage has pitfalls, however. Firstly, the population being analyzed in unknown, therefore makes specific predictions difficult. The quality and accuracy of the data collected may also be questionable and at times, unprovable, do to the vastness of information collected. Lastly, confidentiality and privacy laws pose challenges in the extraction of data by epidemiologists.

Yes I agree because big data includes the huge amount of data which is present on databases and social platforms which includes the user's data and details.The amount of data is so big that that the population being analyzed is unknown.Moreover the data collected may not be right because the data is so vast as it has some disadvantages no matter the amount of data is there in bulk.
