I've been told every answer for this one.
I think it is 7, but I'm not sure. I believe the time I'm looking for needs to lign up with 3.7. It looks like 7(s) is the closest BUT everyone has different answers so don't let this influence how you do it. Please explain!

for finding the time constant we need to pur t=RC in the equation and we get
Vc=Vmax/e=10/e=3.678 volts
Now looking at the graph
The value of 't' corresponding to Vc =3.678 volts is 7 seconds (closest).
