Explanation / Answer

As a matter of equality of individual and country legell. Everybody is equally from this perspective developed countries or industrialised natipns which have already used so much of fossil fuel and contribute lot to carbon emissions and climate change should have to stop using those petrol diesel coal etc stuffs, rather then less developed countries who haven't get a chance to use them and now people of those countries could be benefited around markets of these stuffs

It's simply a matter of rich and poor countries so as per the matter of equality poor and undeveloped nanatns should also given chance. And should be treated equally.

On other hand rich and develop countries should be banned on using these fossil fuels as per environmental concerns. Money doesn't give a rich person or country right to destroy and harm environment for own profits

Therefore it's totally unuair for the industrialized nation to expect that all nations, including the less developed ones, restrict there use of fossil fuels and therefore participate in future disadvantages without obtaining the benefits of cheap energy rather the industrialized nations which have enjoyed the past benefits, should accept most of the future cost or stop using them
