The day length is calculated by finding the total number of hours between the sunrise and sunset. The daylengths which are already written here are the time interval between the sunrise and sunset. For solstices, which occur twice in a year, the daylength varies according to the latitude. Because solstices occur only when the Sun is directly overhead on the tropics, i.e Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn.
But for the equinoxes, the daylength and night length are always equal. That's the phenomenon of equinox. For both the equinoxes, i.e vernal and autumnal equinox, we will get the daylength as 12 hours for all the latitudes. Besides, you can calculate the time difference between the sunrise(given in A.M) and sunset(given in P.M) to find the number of hours, which will come as 12 only for all the latitudes, namely 0 degree, 30 degree, 40 degree, 50 degree and 60 degree.
So , 12 hours will be the answer for all the blanks which are not filled up.
