City A is most likely to have the fastest of the strongest winds among the other cities.

City B is guarded by the ridge in its N-w side.

The winds flowing towards city E have lower value than the winds blowing to city A. The rotation of air around a pressure system is governed by Coriolis Effect caused by the rotarion of Earth.
