Explanation / Answer

Magnitude of Induced electric field with in the solenoid
E = dB/dt ( r/2)
where is the perpnedicular distance of point from axis.
B = 0.00425 cos(369t)
dB/dt = - 0.00425 x 369 sin(369t)
Maximum value of dB/dt = 0.00425 x 369 = 1.56825
Hence maximum inducde electric field at distance of 1.45 cm (that is inside solenoid)
Em = 1.56825 x0.0145 /2 = 0.01137 V/m

For point outside solenoid, induced electric field is given by
E = dB/dt ( R2 / 2r) where R is radius of solenoid)
Hence maximum electric field at 5.05 cm
Em = 1.56825 x 0.02252 / 2 x 0.0505
   = 0.00786 V/m
