Heat cannot be removed from a colder region to the hotter region of a system without any external agent. This indicates the limits of heat completely converting to work.
10.2)
A refrigerator is a example of second law of thermodynamics. Heat from the chest of the refrigerator cannot be moved out of the system without an external agent. The external agent is the fluid in the compressor that removes heat from the system and gives out to environment.
10.3)
Heat from the sun is captured by the plants and it moves down to the roots and finally given to the soil. Thus obeying second law of thermodynamics.
