1) From the ruler, length of the pencil is 2.6 cm.
2) Regarding the reading of pencil, 25 digits (i.e. up to 2.5 cm) are certain, but the 26th digit is uncertain, as the pencil reads between 2.5 cm and 2.6 cm.
