What is the distance between the negative plate and the point where the proton and the electron go by each othe Note: unlike most questions, this one wll need your answer correct to 5 significant digits. Explanation / Answer

Ans: 9.6000 cm

Well this is more of a concept question since the electron is that much lighter than the proton in mass then the trick is that the electron actually reaches the other plate before the proton moves so the answer is the distance of the plates, that is, 9.6cm.
