Press the Top 10 countries button, and fill in the year 1950 in the given entry blank. On a separate piece of paper, note the “Top 10” countries in 1950. Repeat the procedure with 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2050. Answer the following questions:

(1). Of the countries listed in the “Top 10” in 1970, which ones are First World Countries? Which one(s) are they? How does the 1970’s listing compare with the 2010 listing?

(2). Using the year 2011 data, calculate the total population of China and India combined. Lastly, still using year 2012 data (and still making the same numerical assumption for world population) calculate what percentage of the worlds’ population resides in a country of your own choosing.
