taking the reference point as the center of the 0V circle and  

point 1 is on the 50V curve and at a distance of 2.5*a

r = 2.5*1.3 cm = 3.25 cm = 0.0325 m

from the relation between electric field and potential  

V = E*d

E1 = V/d = 50/0.0325 V/m = 1538.462 V/m

the direction is as the field is +ve so the direction is upward

at point 2 , which is at a distance of 1.5a units

d = 1.5*1.3 cm = 1.95 cm = 0.0195 m

now the field at point 2 is  

E2 = V/d = 50/0.0195 V/m
