CARE is different from other methods of achieving environmental sustainability in two ways

1. Itbis community based ,so promise to deliver more accurate and fatser result

2. The action is not bias because hazards and solution both are taken at community level

step one says build a collaborative partnership between various section of communtiy ,identify the risk and hazard and mobilize the resource and that direction to correct it

community as a whole will be responsible for all the result and burden will also be divided. This is a new and unique method to combat environmental discrepancies.

Different communtiy may have different climate and problem so one single rule will not cover it all but making a plan for your own community will definately do the job.

Partnership will be between the richer and poor section of society,between the worker and non worker section of society and between different age groups of the society
