Explanation / Answer

Gender equality is that in which men and women enjoy the same rights and opportunities like decision making process, economic participation and property rights irrespective of their gender. Gender equality has been a widespread problem in most of the countries. Due to the gender equality men are more likely to get higher paid and decision making jobs than women. Also it is expected that women to take household responsibilities and child care rather than men. In our country India, some muslim women cover their faces with Hijab and also they are prohibited from entering Masjid. Also the property of the parent are inherited to the son not to the daughter. Also some women are not allowed to marry outside their religion as it bring defamation to the family and thus lead to several honour killings in India. Some women are not allowed to do jobs after marriage because they have the sole responsibility to do household chores and child care.

Social group are the people which are together because they share common interests and beliefs. Some groups are formed naturally and some for a purpose. There are 3 types of group: primary, secondary and tertiary. Primary group is that group in which people have face to face contact with each other and share a close relationship. This group is very small. eg. family, friends and small villages.

Secondary group: This group is large and the relationship between the member is not face to face but through indirect means by telephones, faxes, letter etc. Their purpose is to fulfill a specific need. eg members of Red cross or rotary club.

Tertiary group: These groups have also similar characteristics and the contact is only notional in character. eg large number of labour unions.

Anthropologists are the people which study about people, culture and their lifestyle in present as well as past. The knowledge of anthropologist can be used for the international development. For the development of all the people especially some backward tribes and these people do not have their voice. In this case, anthropologist can be consulted for their development because anthropologist have studied about them, their languages, culture etc so can easily understand their problems. Also one of the main goal of anthropologist is the food security. Since anthropologist have studied about the various methods of agricultural practices. If there is some effective method to increase the production then they could tell them how to incorporate various past methods of agricultural practices in the modern agriculture in order to maximize the production and provide food for all.
