Consider this saying: "The best man is like water. Water is good; it benefits all things and does not compete with them. It dwells in places that all disdain...The best man in his dwelling loves the earth..." What does this mean to you? Do you agree with this philosophy? 2. There are limitations and weaknesses of Taoism’s contribution to environment movement, such as it didn’t address such environment problems and didn’t address some ecological issues directly.

3. But if we interpret its teachings , Taoism will show that it may contribute to lofty cultures and rational philosophies while it is interpreted in new ways and gains popular recognition.
