Question
Please explain thoroughly so I can follow along! :) A conducting loop is halfway into a magnetic field, as shown to the right. Suppose that the magnetic field begins to decrease rapidly in strength. What happens to the loop? The loop is pulled to the left, into the magnetic field. The loop is pushed to the right, out of the magnetic field. The loop is pushed upward, toward the top of the page. The loop is pushed downward, toward the bottom of the page. The tension in the wires increases but the loop does not move.
Explanation / Answer
basing on the concept of motion of rectangular loop in magnetic field is perpendicular to the plane
so the distance is decreases the loop is pulled out of the magnetic field .
when magnetic field decreases that means the loop is pushed to the right ot of the magnetic field
the correct option is B
