T = 4/3[m*g*cos(phi) + (W/2)*cos(phi)]
= 4/3[2150 N*cos(69.0) + (1175 N/2)*cos(69.0)]
T = 1308.01 N

The equation of static equilibrium for boom is

Rx - T*cos(21.0) = 0
Rx = 1308.01*cos(21.0)
Rx = 1221.13
This reaction force is directed towards right
