250mg Intramuscular Ancef has to be administered every 8 hours.

1gm vial is there. In it, 2.5ml water will be added. Total solution will become 3ml.

Please note that 1000mg is there in 3ml.

So, in 250mg will be in (250* 3)/1000 = 0.75ml (Using unitary method)

So, out of 3ml solution, you should administer 0.75ml
