Heat necessary to raise the ice to the melting poont

Q1=mcicedT=1.2*2090*(0-(-4))=10032 J

So heat left

Q= 270000 - 10032 = 259,968 J

Heat necessary to melt the ice
Q = mLf = 1.2*335000 = 402,000 J

since heat left is less than heat necessary to melt the ice .Therefore  some ice will left and some water will left at 00C

m=0.776 kg

mass of ice remain
