p = 2.4 m
The focal length of the concave mirror is
f = 0.51 m
the mirror equation is
1 / i + 1 / p = 1 / f
Where i is the image distance
We will find the image distance
1 / i = 1 / f - 1/ p
1 / i = 1/ 0.51 m - 1/ 2.4 m
i = (0.51 x 2.4) / (2.4 - 0.51)
i = 0.648 m
The image is real and located in front of the mirror
