Create well-thought out responses to each of the following questions. Use complete sentences and proper grammar. If it helps you, create your responses in your preferred word-processing software and then copy and paste your response into the answer box when you are ready to submit your response. You are free to edit your response until the due date. For certain questions you will need to work out a problem on your own paper. Then take a picture of your work and upload that image to WebAssign. Make sure your name and the date you completed the work can be seen in each image. Your best submission for each question part is used for your score. A glide reflection is a combination of a translation and a reflection where the order of the transformations does not matter. Explain why order matters when you translate and rotate a figure about the origin in a coordinate plane. Answer with complete sentences. This answer has not been graded yet.Explanation / Answer
In glide reflection the vector of tranlation and the axis of reflection are parallel to each other so the order does not matter.
But when an object is translated and rotated then due to rotation the axis of rotation might not always be parallel to the vector of translation, so orde matters.
