IMPORTANT NOTE - To solve this question, I have assumed that one charge is static and other charge is being repelled or attracted. For example, in first part, I assumed object 4 to be static and object 2 to be free to move.
To solve this problem, Note these points.
1. Like charges repel each other
2. Unlike charges attract each other.
3. Force from a negative charge acts away from it
4. Force from a positive charge acts towards it.
Now let's solve the problem.
Force due to object 4 on object 2. As object 4 is positive charged, it will have force acting towards it, object 2 has negative charge, it will have have force acting away from it. Therefore, force due to object 4 on object 2 will act in the right direction.
As object 5 is a neutral, we know that no matter if the interaction is between positive and neutral charge or negative and neutral charge, the force will always be attractive. It will be to the left.
