There are four identical 1.5V batteries in series with ten identical light bulbs. What is the voltage drop across any single light bulb?
So, since the total voltage drop is 6V, I thought that each bulb would have to take 1/10 of that voltage (giving voltage drop across each bulb as 0.6V). Is that correct, or am I thinking about it wrong?

so volatage on each bulb = total voltage / no. of bulbs = 6 /10 = 0.6 V
