Part A) you drove at 126km/hr for 30min (1/2 an hour) and then 100km/hr for45 minutes (3/4 hour). so the distance you drove is: 126*.5+100*.75=138km Part B) the formula for average velocity is x/t. youdrove 138km (x) for 1.25 hrs (t), so your averagevelocity is 138/1.25=110.4km/hr
