Question

When solving for tangential acceleration of a rotating object, will the same acceleration be valid regardless of the velocityprovided?
Ex: If a CD speeds up uniformly from 0-4 rev/s in 3 seconds, the acceleration is found to be 8.37 rad/s2. If adifferent velocitiy (2 rev/s or 3 rev/s) is provided, wouldn't thisimpact the acceleration and thus the tangential acceleration? Explanation / Answer

acceleration=change in velocity /time if the change in the velocity is same in the same interval of timethe same acceleration may be taken . if not the acceleration willbe changed.
