The following is the order.The most important is Lack of financial incentives.If the funds are less then the clinic will nto work properly and lead to a total loss.The second one is conflicting priorities as doctors can have different views so it will difficult to take an importantdecision collectively.The third one is perception of clinician's role is limited to disease treatment .This will restrict the number of patients as all diseases wont be covered.The next one is insifficient facilities which can lead to overall business loss with no customers coming at all.Finally we will have information load andgaps in knwoledge which are not as important as other factors.
