5.45 *10 (-1) meters Average is 9.0833* 10(-2) meters Side would be 2pi(16.9)(23)= 2,442.27 Top and bottom would be 2pi(16.9)^2= 1,794.54 Total is 4,236.8 same as you got. What does the problem tell you do use for pi? You aren't supposed to express this in meters like the first one, were you?
