I went through step by step how to do the problem I mentioned in the subject of this question, but got stuck in step #2.
The question is:
An electric scooter has a battery capable of supplying 120Wh of energy. If frictional forces and other losses account for 60.0% of the energy usage what change in altitude can a rider achieve when driving in hilly terrain if the rider and scooter have a combined weight of 890N?
I just don't understand which formula was used in step #2. I can't find any formula similar to the one they gave in my book...

Energy conversion efficiency, desired energy output per energy input
Efficiency is e = (energy output)/(energy input)
0.4 = mgh/(432000J)
(0.4) = (890 N)h/(432000 J)
Solve for h.
