6) How does the starch indicator work to indicate the end point in the titration experiment?
Explanation / Answer
1) Vitamin C is commonly known as Ascorbic acid which is most commony and heavily found in lemon, orange. Ofcourse we can also found vitamin c in vegetables which helps in increasing of resistance levels in our human body. In animals Vitaimin C is naturally found according to thier nature of the body. There is a slight difference between natural vitamin C and synthesized vitamin C. As i have already mentioned that vitamin C is naturally available from fruits and vegetable but coming to the tablets made of Vitamin C are the suppliments which are extracted from plants, fruits etc... In some regions and in some cases there will be no availability for the intake of vitamin C naturally. So in those cases these tablets are used inorder to increase the resistance levels in our body. The most popular synthetic vitamin C is ascorbic acid and the supplements are often derived form corn starch, corn sugar, rice starch and is chemically dependent upon volatile acids.
2) Vitamin C can be obtained by our human body in two w
a) Naturally
b) Artificially
Vitamin C can be obtained naturally from citric fruits like lemon, orange etc...and can aslo available in vegetables. If we want to take it as artificially,it will be available as synthesized medicine. The supplements of vitamin C will be used in making the medicine.
I think vertebrate organ is used to synthesize vitamin C from the kidney to the liver
3) The most important biological activity that performed by vitamin C is "anti toxidantal activity". Vitamin C acts on central nervous system function, stimulates the function of endocrine glands, enhances the liver function, enables the adoption of iron in the intestine and plays reole in building the blood.Vitamin C prevents various illness such as Tumors.Vitamin C inhibits the growth of leukemia cells in humans. However vitamin c role is to remove tumors but when comin to cancer, its role is zero.It slows aging, wrinkling of skin and vitamin C makes human body as stress free and good intake of vitamin C make our body physically fit. Vitamin C has capacity to reduce asthama so asthma patitents should have a compulsory dosage of vitamin C and it also increases sperm count in men.
4) "Porlyl Hydroxialise" is the enzyme which will keep in active form by the presence of vitamin C in the diet.
5)The most important disease which can be reduced by using Vitamin C is "SCURVY". In adults generally the symptoms of scurvy are-- feeling very weak all the time(fatigue),appearence of small red blue spots on your skin, pain in your limbs especially in legs, feeling irritated etc... all are the symptoms of SCURVY.
6) Let us consider a small example of titration-- If we add iodine to water solution it can be detected easily. When the concentration of iodine is very low, its yellowish colour is ver pale and can be easily overlooked. Thus for the end point stranch solution can be used.
