Bob orally told Alex to build a wooden garage 25 feet long and 15 feet wide for him. The wooden garage was to have a concrete floor, overhead doors, and a sloping roof covered with asphalt shingles. No other specifications were stated by Bob. Bob and Alex agreed upon a price of $12, 000. The agreement and details were not recorded in writing. Alex built the garage, but Alex included no windows or no electrical lights. Bob claimed that these two items were included in the agreement by implication. Is Bob correct in this matter? Explain.

As no other specification were made by by Bob orally or verbally on the paper , so bob is wrong .Actually Bob has done mistake he should made a written agreement so that contractors may not cheat him .In project management for every project to be started owner have to made written agreement with our contractor .
