Explanation / Answer

i take the project example on IRRIGATION.

because now a days most developing and useful project .we have to know about irrigation projects and even it is nescessary as a civil engineer. as the seasonal rains are not coming evenly or regularly, it is necessary to construct dams for the storage of water.

so irrigation is very important.

under this we can consider many topics.

1) collecting the rainfall data under one place.

2) construction of dams to store water.

3) knowing about the agricultural area under the water stored in that place. etc...

a) in this project "risk" occurs when there is no required data for us about the previous rainfall data from the government to know the dam capacity to construct and to construct any structures under water.

positive effect is constructing structures to know water and getting information about that.

b) we can say risk as the complex situation hat occurs in the project.
