Question

Request for Information (RFI) You are a general contractor and you just realized you built the stairs below on the north façade of the Farming Although, the stairs were built per the contract drawings, there is some liability on your part because you should have caught such an obvious error before you built it.Draft an RFI to the designer describing the problem (A photograph just isn't enough with this designer) and give your suggestion as to the proposed fix. The designer may or may not take your advice but, if he already designed it like this you don't want him to use his own fix. You believe your way is easy, cheap and quick.
