(1760 kgm^2 X 0.8 rad/s) = (1760 kgm^2 + 4 X 65 kg X (2.1m)^2)    its not ^2 it is     1408 = ( 1760 + 1146.6 ) w              = 2906.6 w       w = 1408 / 2906.6             = 0.4844
