Question
I'm not getting the correct answer when attempting to find theminimum capactiance. I must be missing something obvious. Cmin = (1/3200*10^-12) + (1/7500*10^-12) + (1/.01*10^-6)= I get the answer 990099.0095. I know to take the inverse... What am I doing wrong? I don't know what the problem is, but looking at what you're doing,I'm guessing you're trying to find the equivalent capacitance of aseries of capacitors? It looks like you did: C = 1/C1+1/C2+1/C3 when the correct equation is: 1/C=1/C1+1/C2+1/C3 I think you can get the right answer if u just take 1 over youranswer.
