In the solution of chapter 21 problem 17: it says n*(7/2)R*(2T-T)+n*(5/2)R*(6T-2T) I would like to know where is the (7/2)R and (5/2)R comingfrom. I understand Cp=(5/2)R and Cv=(3/2)R for monoatomic gases,what about diatomic gases? is it stated in the book?
