The question in chapter one that I am referring to is as follows:"Estimate how long it would take one person to mow a football fieldusing an ordinary home lawn mower. Assume the mower moves with a1kmhr speed, and has a 0.5m width." And the length of the footballfield is given earlier in the chapter, but nowhere in the chapteror in the front or back of the book is the width given. So bymathematical standards, I know that the answer should be"Inconclusive" or "Not enough information" But the answers in theback gives an actual number. This site does have the width includedin how the question was solved, so I understand that, but shouldn'tthe answer still be "not enough information" because the questiondoes not supply all the information needed?

The time taken is given as, d=1km/h=1*5/18m/s t=1*5/18/0.5s Solve it to get the right solution. Hence we get by it.
