a) for average speed of this trip you need to add up how fast she wentand then divide it by how many speeds there were so 55+85+35+0 (we need to include 0 because she stopped for lunch andwasnt moving at this time) =175 then divide it by 4 which is the amount of different speeds shewent. 43.75 km/hr (the only way this number could be wrong is that my assumption thatwe need to have 0 is wrong so you have to divide 175 by 3 insteadof 4) for part b) to find the average distance you have to convert themins to hrs of each time and then multiply the velocities theycorrespond too and then add them. since there is 60 mins in an hour we can divide each time by 60 sowhen we do this and multiply the velocities we get for eachdistance: 55/60*55=50.42 km 10/60*85=14.17 km 50/60*35=29.17 km adding them all up 50.42+14.17+29.17=93.76 km
