1: he is not a registered professional engineer.

2:his board of directors consist of mechanical and electrical engineer along with 3 non engineers.

though the project is to build a 58 storey building, which consist of high specialized civil engineers to design and superwise the project. none of the board of directors are civil engineers and MR Issac is no registered contractor, though he has 35 year of work experience and he is doing this without getting registered, hence he can be a criminal evading income tax and it will not be good for reputation of company to work with him. Mr issac's education qualifications are not clear as he did not mentioned his role in the company. though if he really ran the firm for 35 year then he will be having knowledge of construction but this can not always be true.

hence without getting full details about the previous project of the firm and whereabout of MR issac firm, i would not engage with him to carry out the project.

only positive point was he gave a competitive price but the most important thing in a 58 storey building construction in quality and safety which i cant let down. hence i will only work with his firm after confirming there real potential.
