Explanation / Answer

You can use the following steps to get the ouput desing:

1. First make to pocket and make the internal diameter hole. i.e make the 8.00 thru hole and dia 9 mm hole using the pocket command. This will create the complete internal features.

2. Now make the under cut of 1mm by using the same pocket command. Give the dimension to pocket as 1mm depth.

3. Now make all the fillet by using fillet / radius command and give the necessary fillet dimensions.
