Explanation / Answer

The answer would be second one which has a parabolic shape. The reason is very clear and obvious as both the other potential graphs range from positive as well as negative regions of the 4 quadrant axial system that we are using over here for plotting our systems.

In second case we are only working with a positive potential and also it's boundary conditions very well contain the function like an envlope. If we try to normalize the function and find the probability density we will see that we are looking a particle that is under the influence of a positive potential.
