Why is technology a must in the classroom of today? Technology is used for many things such as watching funny videos, social media, and for educational purposes. The world of technology is everywhere and even at our fingertips! As today people that we know our stuck into the realm of technology. Instead of using your tablets for videos or social media, the school board should be able to a put a device in the hands of every scholar. Schools today have technology in the class but sadly it is not used. Schools don’t allow teen to have their phones out in school hours even though it can help the classes of today. Why is technology a must for the classroom you ask?

Why is technology beneficial to the classroom? Today kids younger than 7 years old have Iphones and tablets. Kids are born into the realm of technology. We should put technology in their hands of students at schools. Children are experienced with technology, we should just give them the tools and the sky's the limit. For example, children today when they need an answer they ask from Siri and Cortana but your parents went through different encyclopedias to find one answer. In the article “ The ideal blended-learning combination: is one-third computer time about right?” it states, “ Kids are born into technology why not just put it at their fingertips?” The author Micheal B. he states that kids should be able to have a technology in the class for assignment and outside of the class for homework. If technology is put in every scholar's’ hand it just doesn’t give them a chance, but an opportunity. This is one of the reasons why technology is a must in the classes of today.

Another reason, why technology is a beneficial in the class because when the teacher sets an assignment up it tells whether or not the pupil has done the work or is wandering off into the web. Not only in the class but when the teachers sets homework the teacher is able to see the result. A fun way to teach is by videos that can help the pupil learn in a easier way. For example, today in Granada High School they give a Chrome Book to every student for classes and assignments. The student uses also for homework and upcoming assignments. Not saying that we should take teachers but to let technology teach the pupils and let the teacher control the program.

Technology is also a can help a pupil by help them learn by their own learning style. Each scholar has their own learning style which helps them learn the easiest way. Such as auditory, which means that you learn from listening. The technology used in schools can hit every learning style to each childrens’ needs.
