Schools and workplaces have few similarities in terms of access to the target population like in schools we have classmates, monitors, teachers and Principal in workplaces we have colleagues, supervisors, managers. Also, there is synergism between schools and workplaces in terms of health objectives and organizational goals.

At a workplace, performance, health, safety, and productivity are all connected to each other. If an employee is not healthy he or she will take leave from work or will be more prone to accidents.
