Research magazines, newspapers, mailers, internet ads, television, billboards and any other advertising medium for food ads targeted to kids. There are two types of foods are availabe i.e healthy food and unhealthy foods or food products. The adds that promote healthy food tells you about its nutritional value. Most of the healthy food fullfills the nutritional requirement of child's body. Therefore those ads display or target about the nutritional requirement of child's body and they assures you that if you will use thier product, nutritional requirement of body will fullfill. They also give you an attractive offer like discount in price, or free gift with thier product. Ads. that promoting unhealthy food, like fast-food offers the kids the toys, attractive gifs etc. It increases the obesity amont the kids. Researchers’ investigate, 3,039 possible meal combination are available that targeted to the children like McDonald’s Happy Meal, kinderjoy surprise, chips, Subway’s Veggie DeLite sandwich or Burger King’s mac and cheese. They also use tactics like putting toys in Happy Meals. They have the low nutritional value, and it increases the obesity. Fast-food restaurants like pizza hut or dominos relied heavily on online marketing and gives you offers like free home delivery and buy1 get 1 scheme. The main aim of fast-food marketing is to improve brand affinity. childhood obesity is became more than doubled in children, in the last 30 years is due to junk food. kids are most influenced by the junk food. It is the Parent responsibility to make them understand that, about the unhealthy products. Parents also influenced by the junk food, and prefer the outside food more, which is very unhealthy. Homemade food is always healthy, Vegetables, fruits, dal, rice etc are healthy food but pizza, burger, noodles are unhealthy food. It can make you obbese. Because it contain lotys of cheese and other unhealthy products.

Therefore finally we have reached the conclusion, that we should not consume unhealthy food so much. We should eat healthy food as much as we can. It makes us healthy and also contribute in the mental and physical growth of the children. Fast-food kids’ meals attracts kids through brightly colored toys promoting a hit TV show. We don;t have go with them. Some times its ok to have it, but excess of anything is not good. So we have to avoid the unhealthy food. It makes the children lazy.
