I attempted to solve this but I am not sure if my answers are correct.
I solved Cy=346.4 N and Cx=200N
When I broke the shear into 2 pieces, and began to solve for the top part, the By component came out to equal zero. So in turn the component at Dy comes to equal zero. Is this right? Can someone help me?

No, you are doing it wrong. First find F (BD) and then calculate Cx according to my calculations F (BD) = 3097.64N Cx = 991.39N and Cy = 2512.9 N
