Therefore percentage of water = 119/145 x 100 = 82.07%

percentage of dry matter = 26/145 x 100 = 19.73%

The amount of crude protein present in peach is 1.6 grams

percentage CP for peach on as-fed basis = 1.6/145 x 100 = 1.103%

percentage CP for peach on 100% DM basis = 1.6/26 x 100 = 6.153%
