          a) If theNyquist samples are uniformly quantized into L = 65536 levels andthen binary-coded,  
             determine the number of binary digits required to encode asample.
                        I already figured this part out (65536 = 2^16 in binary)

         
b) Ifthe audio signal has average power of .1W and peak voltage of1V.
             Find the resulting ratio of signal to quantization noise (SQNR) ofthe uniform quantizer ouput in
             part a.
                        This is the part of the question i am stuck on; as i do nothave a great
                        understanding of how to find SQNR
