Question

We want to verify that they circuit below is a Digital - to - Analog Converter (DAC), i.e., if the inputs can only assume either OV (representing digital O) or 1V (representing digital the output must be proportional to the decimal number corresponding to vlv2v3v4 which is 8v1 + 4v2 + 2v3 + v4 Assuming an ideal op - amp, find the relation between v0 and v1, v2, v3, v4 and verify that the circuit is indeed a DAC. Next, choose values of R, R1, R2, and R3 such that v0 is exactly equal to 8v1 + 4v2 + 2v3 + v4. Make sure the op - amps do not saturate

Explanation / Answer

It is just the practical value. U can take any value but u have to take care that op-amp doesn't goes to saturation. And above mention value was used by me in my practical. i got the correct output for my design
