Question
When a reporter makes a mistake in a magazine article, he or she can run a correction, but when a health care worker makes a mistake, someone can get hurt or even die. Thinking about accountability, answer the following questions: Should people in certain professions be held to higher standards of legal accountability and responsibility? If the answer is yes, why? If you think they should not be, then why not? What professions do you believe should be held to a higher accountability standard, and why? How does learning about liability and accountability impact you personally Ctrl) vExplanation / Answer
Here two factors are working at a time in the question. One is the social factor and another is the responsibility of those social people. In social factors, all people are thinking about the same things because of the change in the world. Due to the advancement of the technology growth, people become patience-less. They need everything very sooner and perfect way.
Actually, mistakes cannot be measured in any scale. But mistakes are what is important. If it depends on the life and death or can be changed. So before going something, one should think about all of these kinds of stuff or the doubts. Because when a people doing any job he/she is now in professional. So before taking decisions, they should think or discuss with others. When reporter places some reports in another way in spite of placing the right news. Then the law should be taken action against it. When a health worker or doctors do mistakes if it tends to death then the law should take action against it. But people should not take the law into their own hands. If one pays attention to Civil Engineering structural failures, then he will know that due to abrupt failure law has taken action against the engineers or the company. So it does not only depend on the professional point of view but it depends as a whole. Because laws are equal for all. It is always remembered for them they are always working on the health and thinking of people they should not make their profession a commercial purpose.
