A two-story high school needs to be constructed from reinforced concrete material. Each floor of the high school is 100’ by 100’ with the height of 12’. This RC structure composed of RC beams, columns and slab. The slab and the beams are casted together. Design the RC slab, one RC beam and one RC column for the first floor of the high school. Provide drawings of each of the designed members along with a plan showing the location of columns and beams.
Assume the properties of concrete and steel materials. Any other assumptions about missing information can be made and should be shown clearly in the project
The Pictures show what i have designed this far i believe the next step would be design of beam and columns. I would like some guidance on how to go about the continuation of this design and if the slab work is correct. Thanks in advanced and regards!
